ABOUT THE WEBINAR

Learning Communities are a collection of professionals who are committed to working collaboratively in ongoing processes of collective inquiry and action research in order to achieve better results for their clients. To embed Evaluation into Learning Communities within an organisation, it will be important to identify natural evaluation points such as peer review, peer observation, validation, review or examination. Embedding occurs when these practices become regular practice, the practice is documented, supported by policy and defines the organisation’s support the time taken to engage in these practices.
