THIS SPECIALIST WORKSHOP OFFERS PARTICIPANTS HANDS-ON OPPORTUNITIES TO BUILD INTERNAL CAPACITY TO DOCUMENT YOUR ORGANISATIONS NARRATIVE.
This workshop is for government, non-profit and community personnel who are involved in building an evidence-based narrative to demonstrate improvement when implementing programs to reduce social disadvantage. The Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (PGPA) Act 2013 requires all Commonwealth entities and companies to develop a narrative and portfolio that tells a story about the improvement and social impact for citizens. All service providers who receive Commonwealth funding are increasingly required to meet similar obligations.
In addition, we all know that place-based approaches to social disadvantage take time to achieve outcomes and see evidence of impact. This workshop will assist participants to build continuous learning communities through evaluation to assist Commonwealth entities, companies and non-profit organisations to meet their obligations within the PGPA Act 2013 over time.
